Remember that the ranking is not static but dynamic. For example, new users join and enter new cases every day, each of which has its own position in the waiting line, therefore affecting other people's ranking. Also, existing cases keep moving ahead over time with different processing speed for each (for example, some cases jump from Received to Decision, while others are still stuck in Biometrics, etc). This affects your ranking as well. Overall, our app takes the moves of all cases registered in our app into account and revises ranking everyday. That's why the ranking keeps changing, but the percentage usually doesn't change that much. When you tap your ranking, it will show the ranking history on the daily basis, and users can see all the moves of cases described above.
