Multi-UVTools et UV-K1 / UV-K5 V3 : ne vous précipitez pas !

Dans cette vidéo, je fais une petite mise au point au sujet de l’application web Multi-UVTools, développée par Sergio, que je félicite au passage pour son travail. Cette intervention fait suite à la récente vidéo de Jean-Bernard (F5SVP) sur le sujet.

En l’état, si vous possédez un UV-K5 V3 ou un UV-K1, soyez vigilants concernant les notions de backup EEPROM et de calibration. Sergio mettra certainement son application à jour, mais en attendant, je vous conseille de continuer à utiliser UVTools v2 (que j’ai développé). Cela vous évitera quelques mauvaises surprises.

In this video, I provide a brief clarification regarding the web application Multi-UVTools, developed by Sergio, whom I would like to congratulate for his work. This video follows the recent one published by Jean-Bernard (F5SVP) on the same topic.

At this stage, if you own a UV-K5 V3 or a UV-K1, please be cautious regarding EEPROM backups and calibration. Sergio will most likely update his application, but in the meantime, I recommend continuing to use UVTools v2 (which I developed). This should help you avoid a few unpleasant surprises.
