A quick and easy recipe that's great for using leftover dough! (I used leftover dumpling wrapper dough) You can make them without colouring the dough but tie-dye is always fun. Eat them right away - almost as soon as they come out of the pan.

Ingredients
Leftover dough (from bread, noodles, pasta, dumpling wrappers, basically anything)
Vegetable oil
Salt
Dough recipe if you need one (see dumpling video):
Coloured dough:
180 g all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon table salt
120 g water
Uncoloured dough:
180 g all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon table salt
130 g beet puree (1 small beet)
