If you would like to send a further email to make sure that your subscribers had received your original email or to offer a further product further to the free gift they have claimed you can use autoresponders.
Automation is a paid for service but it is very worth purchasing.
Firstly you should click the ‘Create Automation Workflow’ button and select your list. The next screen you have a number of options to send a series of emails such as welcome emails and you can send a one off event email such as a happy birthday offer to subscribers if you asked them for their birth day.
If you would like to send an email re a course you have prepared select the ‘Educate subscribers’ button. The first field is for the workflow name and you should name it accordingly with the activity/course you are mailing about. The next fields are very similar to the standard email campaign as it asks for the email address you would like it to be sent from, contact information etc.
