Welcome to Pacific Beach San Diego. This beach town is one of the best communities in Southern California. This afternoon walk on the boardwalk shows visitors in 2023. After a winter of storms this was one of the first weekends of good weather.
On a Sunday morning I started in Pacific Beach and walked south to the end of Mission Beach on the boardway. Beach Volleyball courts, runners, cyclists, and rollerbladers all use the boardwalk.
