Italian Beef on a bun. What could be more comforting on a cool, fall day. While you watch football or entertain friends or family. You're going to really enjoy the taste and simplicity of this recipe. After all the fuss I made, these were NOT too salty! Please like and subscribe. The recipe is below:

2-1/2 to 3 lb. beef roast
2 sticks of butter (I used 1 margarine & 1 butter)
2 packets Good Seasons Italian dressing seasoning (I used the zesty Italian)
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 cup peproncini peppers
1/2 cup of juice from the peppercini peppers (this juice is salty. DON"T use more than that amount OR use less.
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup of beef broth
1 medium onion sliced
sliced provolone cheese
hoagie buns
Place roast in crockpot. Pour beef broth and juice from peppers over the roast. Add both sticks of butter to the liquid in the crockpot. Top the roast with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
When done, take roast out of crockpot, shred it and place back in the crockpot with the juices. Add the shredded beef to the hoagie buns and top with the provolone cheese.
