The harsh reality of solo vanlife

Описание: Nomad life on the road, exploring new places while living in a caravan seems like a dream life when viewed in curated half-hour segments on YouTube, and a lot of the times, it really is!
But there's a lot you don't often see, and I do tend to filter out quite a lot of the times I struggle to maintain a positive mindset.
I often have interactions or experiences that trigger my PTSD and cause me to shut down and want to hide. I also struggle with bouts of depression and anxiety, along with sensory processing sensitivities, communication issues and face blindness along with a host of other autistic “quirks” that can make my life a lot more challenging than I let on.
I always want to have an attitude of gratitude and not sink into despair over my diagnosed disabilities... but these are things I do struggle with on a daily basis.
I want my channel to be as authentically me as possible. So, I hope you won't mind a little bit of "real talk" from me so you can understand who I am... and why I am who I am.
