The Construction Skills Bootcamp, is partially funded by the Cambridge & Peterborough local authority, designed for adults aged 19+ living in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region who are unemployed or looking to make a career change into the construction industry.
Throughout the bootcamp, participants learnt essential brickwork and carpentry skills, giving them hands-on experience to prepare for a future in the construction industry. After completing the programme, participants have the chance to attend an interview evening and connect directly with industry experts—opening doors to exciting new opportunities.
