Inaasahang iaakyat na sa Commission on Elections o Comelec en banc ang motion for reconsideration o apela ng Duterte Youth kaugnay ng kanilang rehistro para matalakay.
Ayon sa grupo, nagkamali ang Comelec 2nd Division sa desisyon na walang bisa ang kanilang rehistro sa kawalan ng publication at hearing na requirement sa application for registration, ngunit pinasubalian ito ng Comelec.
