Описание: In this video I give my tips and guidance for Surveyors who want to go from providing level 2 surveys to being able to offer level 3 surveys.

In case you dont have time to watch, the summery is:

1. it's about competency not qualifications
2. get really good at level 2s first.
3. learn about maintenance and repairs
4. learn how to write up higher level information in an accessible way
