LS253 How to calibrate Linshang Leeb hardness tester

Описание: Some customers asked us how to calibrate our Leeb hardness tester?
Today, we will demonstrate with the Linshang LS253 multi-probe Leeb hardness tester.
This hardness tester can be equipped with four different impact devices, D, DC, DL, and C.
Now connected is the D-type impact device.
We need a standard hardness block.
Enter the calibration interface of the instrument.
First measure the value of this standard hardness block.
Then adjust the actual value to the value marked on the hardness block.
Impact device D look at this number.
Other impact devices see their respective values.
After saving, the calibration is complete.
