Hip Labral Tear / FAI | Surgery Day Part 1| Megan

Описание: Long story short, I tore my labrum in my right hip. To top it off, I was diagnosed with FAI and scheduled for surgery. This is the footage I was able to collect on my surgery day! I hope you enjoy and/or find it slightly informative.

My surgery took place at the University of Utah Orthopedic Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. I underwent hip arthroscopic osteochondroplasty and labral repair; in other words, reconstruction of my femoral head and neck, and repair of torn and damaged cartilage in my right hip.
