From taking out my braids in a rush, to getting my hair relaxed in a salon for the first time and doing my own sew-in weave, it's safe to say I had a lot to try and get done before flying out. And as my best friend Renee and I prepared to leave for this much-needed vacation we had a last-minute work emergency which added more pressure.
