Our paths crossed in 2018 when Katie reached out to me for Life Coaching. Now, 7 years later, Katie has completed my 90 Leadership Programme for Leaders.

It is fascinating to hear how Katie first established her business whilst working full time in a Mortgage Company.

Studying in the evening to gain qualifications and clients.

Finding ways to promote herself before any social media was available including leaflet dropping and emails.

The hard work and determination paid off and a couple of years down the line, Katie had a thriving business and a team to manage.

In this episode we hear how there is a big difference in managing a beauty salon and leading a team.

Sometimes we are thrown into leadership but are often not ready.

there is a huge sense of overwhelm, stress, pressure and anxiety which is difficult when juggling a young family.

We look at how Katie made the decision to scale back and now thrives working for herself once again.

She has also taken risks and invested heavily in Laser Hair Removal recently and Katie shares how she made this decision and the results it has delivered for her clients and her business

I am sure you will agree that Katie is a strong business leader and has a wealth of knowledge, experience and success.

It is a great episode to compare how my coaching has progressed over the last few years and the results Katie has experienced by investing in herself.
