A Coolidge, Arizona man films himself standing up for his constitutional rights when police show up at his door over a noise complaint from a neighbor's contractor.
When the officer demands he come outside and submit to an "investigative detention," the homeowner correctly invokes his Fourth Amendment rights: "Consensual contact is declined."
The officer wrongly claims he can detain him without a warrant, threatens him with disorderly conduct charges, and refuses to leave — so the homeowner does something brilliant: he calls 911 on the cops.
This is a textbook example of police overreach and Fourth Amendment violations at the curtilage of a home. The homeowner wins.
