Ford Street Racing (2006) played on an original PS2, displayed on a 90s CRT TV.
I used to play this one a lot, I found a save file from 2007 on one of my memory cards (there is a little snippet at the end of the short). It's definitely a different take on a racing game, switching between cars to maximise your chances of winning. Letting the AI take control can be frustrating sometimes but it makes for a nice challenge trying to keep all 3 cars in good positions.
If you like an arcade racer and you want something a little bit different I would recommend trying this one.
