Описание: Sand casting an aluminium piston for a 1910 Brush car. Part. 3a making the sand mould. I decided to split this, the final part of the series, into two as I wanted to show the "nitty gritty" of the moulding process and with this included it would have been a very long video unless split into two parts.
Part 3b which is yet to come will cover the pouring of the moulds plus a short discussion / explanation and including a look at the finished machined piston
