In this segment, Chef Jamil Pineda prepares one of our newest menu additions—the “Black Rabbit” Classic Cheeseburger—a refined take on an American favorite. Crafted with Allen Brothers’ blend of Short Rib, Brisket, and Dry-aged Chuck grilled to perfection, then served on a butter-toasted Brioche Bun with Taleggio Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Million-Dollar Bacon, and Crunchy Pickles. It is served “à la Black Rabbit” with Roasted Bone Marrow, crispy Fries, and Garlic Aioli. The burger reflects our commitment to quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.
