Former Public Enterprises Minister Malusi Gigaba appeared briefly at the High Court in Johannesburg for the formal enrolment of his case. The process involves placing the matter on the court roll for hearing. Gigaba appeared alongside former Transnet executives Brian Molefe, Siyabonga Gama, Thamsanqa Jiyane, and Anoj Singh. Their case relates to alleged corruption in the procurement of Transnet's multi-billion-rand locomotives. SABC News reporter Samkele Maseko was in court and joins us .
