The 3,600 vibration-per-minute vibratory action of the SS-3 3-inch sieve shaker, when combined with the 60-taps-per-minute tapping action, reorients and redistributes the sample for an optimum use of sieve mesh surfaces.

And to match your unique material analysis needs, the Performer III can be configured to a vibration-only or a tapping-only test method.
Users have total test control including vibration amplitude, and whether the test duration will be manually controlled or pre-programmed. And the digital timer features a large LED display, and a mid-cycle pause function. And for convenience, once the cycle is completed, the timer will automatically reset to the desired test time.

With a recommended particle size range from No.4 (4.75mm) to No.635 (20µm) (extended sizes are possible depending on material type), the Gilson Performer III 3in Sieve Shaker can hold up to seven full-height (76mm) metal-frame sieves with pan, or up to fourteen diameter Acrylic-frame sieves plus pan.

The crystal-clear acrylic frames are a Gilson exclusive and allow for visual monitoring of the sample during the test.

And securing the sieves is as easy as pushing a button. Gilson’s EZ-Clamp system effortlessly slides up or down with no cumbersome knobs to work with. To secure the sieve stack, simply push the release button, slide the clamp assembly down to the sieves, release the button, and twist to tighten. And to release, simply push the button and lift.
