Hello everyone, Chef Chang has prepared Singapore noodles. And you will almost always find prawns/shrimp and Chinese BBQ(Char Siu). But he has cooked with chicken breast. Let's try his recipes.
Singapore noodles are made with thin rice noodles called vermicelli Noodles. They are very common nowadays, sold at all supermarket. This recipe is a spin of classic Singapore style meal, which a stir fry made with a strong flavour of curry powder, cooking wine, soya sauce and some fresh vegetables.
