There are three kinds

There’s /æ/ as in angry and apple
There’s /ʌ/ as in lucky in love
/ə/ you will find in many, many words
Like summer weather blue sky above
There’s /e/ as in wet and in weather
There’s /ɒ/ as in hot and in pot
/ɪ/ is in silly and in instrument
/ʊ/ cook the chook with a wok
