In this video, I have talked about "Cell Fusion Experiment" which is also known as "Frye and Edidin Experiment". This experiment was performed by using two different cells taken from two different organisms - Human and Mouse which were fused with each other in the presence of fusing agent like Sendai Virus or Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG) which result in the mixing of proteins of these two cells and then these cells were exposed to two fluorescent labelled antibodies and then incubated to 30 minutes at 0 degree and 25 degree and checked the movement of proteins in the lipid bilayer to know the semi-liquid or quasi fluid nature of Plasma membrane.
