➡️ 1/4 tsp Elaichi (Cardamom powder)
➡️ Kesar (Saffron) or chopped Nuts for garnish

🍲 Simple Steps to Make It
1️⃣ First, boil the milk in a deep pan on medium flame.
2️⃣ ➡️ Add the pre-soaked rice into the boiling milk. Stir well.
3️⃣ Let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the milk thickens slightly.
4️⃣ ➡️ Now add sugar and elaichi powder. Mix gently and let it cook for 1-2 more minutes.
5️⃣ Switch off the flame and let it cool a bit.
