Child Advocates fights for justice, opportunity, and well-being for every child in the child welfare system and in our communities. We want to see children succeed in all aspects of their lives and part of that success happens in school.
When a child faces trauma or other life challenges, that can increase their risk for lower academic achievement. That's where our Educational Liaisons come in. We collaborate with schools, parents, and guardians to create individualized plans to help students succeed socially, emotionally, and academically.
