'SOS �Voice of Axum Kids' Club
Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
as a Pole from Mazovia near Warsaw, I am personally reaching out to you with an appeal for you to join charity initiative that requires only 1/2 hour per week = 2 hours per month with a computer or laptop.
"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). One of the beautiful things about being a Christian is that you are not alone.
The "Voice of Axum Kids" campaign is aimed at residents of Europe and primarily at the Polish public, so that through charitable institutions of the Roman Catholic Church, Polish citizens can support the health and educational needs of children in Tigray, especially those who have been living in refugee camps for or the past five years.
I am asking you personally to spread this message to each adult who is still a life to do his or her part of the information campain „Voice of Axum Kids”.
I need you to invite each of your friends to join the informational campaign about the needs to restore hope to children in refugee camps. Your Calls directed from Tigray in Ethiopia to Polish Catholic media outlets will have very high impact in Cathopic radios, and TV stations, in Catholic universities, as well as in other student organizations at Polish universities. We will also ask young people studying in private schools in Poland for the help in the name of refugee children in Tigray. Our activities will be based on trustworthy R. C.charitable organization CARITAS Poland and the Don Bosco Salesian Missionaries.
Soon, in the area near Warsaw, we will establish the first youth representative body of children from Axum camps. We are already preparing a group of about 30 scouts over the age of 15, ( and we can call them Бmbasador of Axum Kids� so that through their activities they will initiate the collection of 1 zloty per week from at least 40% of schoolchildren in 45 local schools. 1 zloty per week = 1 USD per month from one Polish child, which could result in a sum of about 4,000 USD (or more) that can be allocated to improving the health situation of children in the camps in Axum. (Please treat the informational campaign and charitable collection for children in Axum solely as a pilot action, which should soon be expanded to other children in all the camps.)
S O S call should came from Tigray, from high elite of proude country, with great victories in own history. Every child brings into adulthood their own treasure for their society. A society that lacks the spiritual strength to care for its youngest does not deserve to have its own statehood.
