Lydia is a newly qualified guide learning the ropes.

Faith is the head of housekeeping and the spa and has dreams of one day being the General Manager.

Joyce has fought all her young life for self-dependence and is one of just 5 girls from her community to have finished school.

All are role models in their society.

Through eco-tourism these amazing women are pushing the boundaries and forging careers where precious few pathways previously existed.
