Hello Everyone, In this Live Session, We will discuss Latest Judgment of Supreme Court "Joseph Shine Vs. Union of India (2023 SC)" regarding Adultery is not an offence as per section 497 IPC.

SC held that, Armed forces personnel are liable to face disciplinary actions for "Adultery" despite the striking down of Section 497 under IPC. The SC in 2018 Judgment did not approved Adultery, it still remains as "MORAL WRONG".
