In this video we look at the most talked about protection on the Airbus aircraft, the anti-stall protection. The 'high angle-of-attack' protection also referred to as low-speed protection is a key safety feature of this aircraft. We look at the operation of the protection, the conditions for activation as well as the indications shown on the PFD speed tape/scale. We also link the system to the auto-thrust sytem (A-THR) through the 'A floor' protection feature.
