Additional thoughts: Admittedly I'm really nervous to be posting this video, because it ended up being pretty personal. This video was originally going to be a playthrough of Depression Quest, but watching the recording, I realized my commentary took away from the experience. So I went with this vlog style instead, and the final results are a condensed version of 20+ minutes of thoughts. I removed a lot of talk about my experience with the game for a few reasons, the most important being I thought talking about specific moments needed context and it started to bloat my point(s). Overall, I know this video may not sit well with some. I just really wanted to do something to help spread the word about Depression Quest, especially after recent events. And I realize that depression is complicated, and I know "things can get better" is a silly thing to say. I just thought it'd be nice to end on an optimistic note.
