JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Ltd. is the first company of JMI Group which gets enlisted in both the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE). Later JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd. was also enlisted in both DSE and CSE as the second company of JMI Group.

The Corporate Office of JMI Group is located at Unique Heights (Levels 5, 6, 7, 8 & 11), 117, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Ramna, Dhaka 1217. Most of the factories of JMI Group are located on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway in the areas at Gazaria of Munshiganj, Chauddagram of Cumilla, Mirsarai, Sitakunda, Karnafuli of Chattogram and another LPG plant is located at Botiaghata of Khulna.
