First off, it's a meme deck and stupid idea from a janky brewer, so don't expect to win game, but hopefully you will enjoy the deck.

Now the idea of the deck was similar to the deck that I've build before (please consider checking it out, links down below), where you win by copying a burn spell multiple times and since Thousand-Year Storm are also reprinted in the Foundation Set, we will use it instead, but a big "but" we need to cast a spell multiple times to benefit from storming off, that's is why I consider using Flick a Coin, it deal 1 damage, it draw a card and create a treasure token, meaning if we could cast 2 spell before casting Flick a Coin and you manage to draw another one you can cast it again and win the game that way, I know it sound stupid, that is why I like it.

Reenact the Crime: Thousand-Year Storm are just 6 mana so you could hard cast it, but it's an option, but the main idea was if an opponent has a removal spell, and to be able to cast Seize the Spoils at instant speed (it's a sorcery loot spell that create a treasure token) or any spell that we need to recast that was put into the graveyard that turn.

Step Between Worlds: This is our way to not to deck out, since most of our spell that we need to chain together have a draw ability, and its ideal to have it in multiple copy so that we could just cycle our entire deck and shuffle and repeat. If ever you manage to cast it with multiple stacks, use/toggle "Full Control" this way you could cast Flick a Coin or Thrill of Possibility so that once it resolves it shuffle back again into your library.

Thrill of Possibility: It's just a simple loot spell but in an instant speed, we need the instant speed because if we manage to cast Step Between Worlds with multiple copy, you could loot while the multiple copy of Step Between Worlds are on the stack.

Jace Reawakened: I just include it for looting, and if possible, to plot Seize the Spoils or Flick a Coin so that we could free cast it next turn, but not that necessary so you could replace it if you don't have it.

Torch the Tower and Obliterating Bolt: I choose this for its exile ability, because sometimes you need to use Step Between Worlds just to redraw your hand or shuffle your graveyard into your library. with that being said, you might consider adding some exile effect if you wanted, it might help or not but having it in them could ensure that it can't use it again against you.
