Hey PlanetPoke! My name is KuzonLPs and I will be doing a Avatar Mode LP on Pokemon Sapphire. In this part we begin our Journey, get our starter Pokemon and get the Pokedex. We also have our first battle. 

Here are the rules: Pokémon Avatar Mode Rules:

1. Choose 1 nation to be a part of
2. ONLY catch Pokémon that have a type assigned to your tribe through the picture: (Refer to link above)
3. You are not the AVATAR so deal with it
4. You may catch a Pokémon if it will gain a type assigned to your nation. (ie. An Earth nation player may have Torchic as long as it evolves eventually.)
5. If by evolving your Pokémon it becomes incompatible to your nation you cannot use that Pokémon anymore.
6. Normal Pokémon can be caught by all but if it has a second typing then it must be one that is assigned to your nation or it can't be used. (ie. Anyone can have a Rattata but only members of the Air nation can have Pidgey.)

Additional Rule I made up:
1. You may have a Pokémon that is only for using the HM fly. You may not use it for battling.
