Bupyeong is a VERY LOCAL neighborhood in Incheon. It hosts a variety of destinations, including the Bupyeong Shopping Mall. This mall is a grocery, thrift shop, eatery and underground thrifting in one.
Modoo Underground Mall specifically is actually one of the largest underground malls in Korea. It has seven sections, and is said to host more than 1,400 stores in its roughly 23 square meters of retail space.
And of course, all this is conveniently located next to a subway station and more on-street amenities such as cafes and restaurants.
If you ever wanted to experience how locals truly shop and live in South Korea, I think this is a video to watch.
