MasterChef Australia Judges Going, Going, Gone!

Описание: MasterChef is one of Australia’s most successful reality TV shows, if not THE most successful. It’s been around since 2009 and has been one of the most talked about Australian TV shows in workplaces around Australia. To be fair, I only ever watched the first two seasons, but I understand why the show is popular. Due to this popularity (although it’s faced some criticism for vote rigging and the like), cooking schools have reported increased enrollments, retailers have had increased sales, and fancy restaurants have noted a marked increase in trade. It’s long-serving hosts and judges, Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris, and Matt Preston, which have been with the show for all 11 series, are now gone. Money has got in the way of a great TV show. It’s sad to see that when people get rich, when they start getting million-dollar salaries, they tend to demand more and forget why they even got into the business in the first place.
