Queensland: Developing Coral Sea Tropical Low Forecast for the Weekend

This weekend a deepening monsoon trough is likely to produce a tropical low in the Coral Sea next to the Queensland coastline. There is a significant chance that this system misses Queensland completely, but because of a developing high-pressure ridge, impacts early next week cannot be ruled out. There is also another developing tropical cyclone on the forecast close to the WA Kimberly coastline.
