A man celebrating his birthday with his trans sister joke with cops before calling it a night. A woman flags down officers after her passenger is shot.

A chase ends when the driver pulls into his mother’s house in an attempt to evade the police. A pickup truck is stopped with the occupants in the bed. An intoxicated driver lies about her age.
