Churchill would want Britain to stay British. Granted, his mum was an American, but that kind of immigration is quite different from Britain being pace to become a land of cold-weather sharia or rainy reggae.

Israel is an officially Jewish state, and if that's kosher, then Britain being a majority-British state should be as well. Maybe that majority would be 90% British, but it should remain a majority British! For those who don't know what British means, it's the descendants of the Celts, Angles, Jutes, Saxons, Normans, and Danes. They genetically cluster together on a principal component analysis map. They are a real people genetically, culturally, and otherwise, and those who say otherwise want to destroy them on those levels and transform them for the worse. Reparations could be paid to former British colonies in return for Britain allowing fewer of their citizens to emigrate to the UK. Relations could be improved with Muslim nations to allow them more control of their own affairs with less interference from Britain. Reparations for war crimes against the Muslim world should consist of foreign aid BUT not access to British land. And if they want sharia in their nations, let them have it, but NOT IN THE UK!
