Along with my wife and dog we camp Overnight in a Thunderstorm with Heavy Rain despite experiencing multiple lightning and thunderstorms we rig a tight camp and make some delicious camp pizza making the best out of a tough situation.

Despite the bad weather and a very close lightning strike that hit the water not 50 yards from us we still managed to enjoy the evening and night during the multiple spectacular Heavy Rain Thunder and lightning storms. We were lucky to get to camp before the thunderstorms hit after crossing a big lake with large waves.

Watching the thunderstorms come across the lake was a spectacular event and even though it delayed our camp pizza dinner we still managed to cook it over the fire and it was delicious.
