Riding a motorcycle from Sydney to Tasmania is one of the most iconic Australian road trips. The journey takes me down the east coast of Australia, through incredible scenery, long highways, and coastal towns before crossing Bass Strait on the ferry to Tasmania.


In this episode, I leave Sydney and start the long ride south. The bike is packed, the road is open, and the Tasmania motorcycle adventure officially begins.


This series will document the full motorcycle journey from Sydney to Tasmania, including the ride through New South Wales, the ferry crossing to Tasmania, and exploring some of the best motorcycle roads in Tasmania.
