Marry Me Salmon Recipe
oil
1 tbsp butter
4 salmon fillets
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
3 garlic minced or finely chopped
1/4 tsp chili flakes or to taste
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
parsley for garnish

Add a small drizzle of oil to the salmon.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add oil and butter to the skillet before browning the salmon on both sides.
Remove and set aside for later.
Using the same pan add garlic and combine, cook for about 30 seconds before adding chili, thyme, and oregano.
Stir to combine before adding the chicken broth.
Lower the flame before adding the heavy cream, parmesan cheese.
Stir to incorporate the sauce.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and stir to combine.
Add the salmon back to the pan and cook thoroughly until the salmon is fully cooked.
