Today I'll be emptying out my binders in order to shuffle money into the areas that need it the most, primarily into my moving and furniture envelopes.
In the time between recording this and editing, we had a showing from a few days ago put in an offer that we really liked, and we accepted it! We're now able to buy our dream house and should be moving at the end of January or beginning of February 🥳🎉
