The First Class Railway Mutton Curry started it's journey in the Frontier Mail's first class coaches and was served mainly to the white , colonial British passengers travelling on it. This is an Anglo-Indian mutton curry which is a combination of various culinary styles like the Awadhi Korma and the Bengali Kosha Mangsho. I have attempted to cook it adhering to the original recipe based on my research regarding this recipe. Since this is a very old recipe cooked by several different railway cooks there are a few variations of this recipe. This is an Indian Cuisine Heritage Recipe associated exclusively with the Indian Railways.
