The coastline of North Antrim has natural beauty with cliffs, strands, and offshore islands.

Frank went by Bicycle 🚲 Cycling along the coastline along the Causeway Road passing Dunseverick Castle, Dunseverick village and down to Whitepark Bay.

Frank went from Whitepark Bay along the A2 on the Whiteparkto the village of Ballintoy. The White Washed Walls of the Church of Ireland contrasted with the Green land and Blue sea in the Ballintoy land and seascape of Ballintoy Demesne. Frank went down into Ballintoy to the Haven at Ballintoy Harbour. Across from the Haven can be seen Sheep Island and further away is Rathlin Island. On the west of Rathlin Island is the West Lighthouse. Beyond Rathlin is the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland.

Fair Head can be seen along the coast to the east near Ballycastle.

The light conditions showed the Geology of the rocks. Lower Cretaceous chalk and Tertiary basalt are in the stretch of coastline.

Period: Quaternary, Tertiary, Cretaceous. Stages: Eocene, Holocene, Palaeocene, Santonian.
Lithostrat: Antrim Lava Group, Ulster White Limestone Formation.

This area of the historic County Antrim is in Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council in Northern Ireland.
