If you ever swap in SBC to replace your flathead in a 1935-1936 Ford you need to split the wishbones to get oil pan clearance! When you split them that changes the geometry of the front spring hangers if you're still running the straight axle. My buddy Matt built a killer fixture to fix this on his 36 coupe. Watch us correct the geometry with a torch and his cool fixture!
