Adventure Sports: Extreme Shortcut route to Chandragiri hill

Описание: Within the wide array of trekking spots available in Kathmandu, Chandragiri has been popular. There are plenty of trekking routes already available, but this can be a perfect addition for daredevils.

Chandragiri has both religious and tourism values. Chandragiri is famous for Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple located at the hill top (2540m) and spectacular panoramic mountain view. Kathmandu Valley as a whole looks like a bowl from up there. It is also a historical gateway to Chitlang, Makawanpur.

Things to do in Nepal are diverse, among which hiking and hill climbing are some major attractions. Only suitable for thrill seekers willing to take the adventure to the next limit may consider this shortcut route as the next challenge.

This route was accedentally discovered after the misinterpretation on the instrutions about shortcut path provided by the local villagers. As this path used to be a waterfall gradually taking shape of a river, this shortcut may be inaccessable during rainy season. At the time we climb the hill, the river was completely dry.

We were totally unprepared for the surprise climb that in fact became the most satisfying part of the journey after defeating the grasp of imminent death. Our teamwork and determination to climb, finally gifted us with the new lives. So we are sharing the joy among you. Enjoy...
