I wanted a lamp for my desk... but I didn't want to add anything that would take up space.
Sure there are monitor LED Bars but they're often overpriced for a LED Strip that clips onto a screen.
Then it hit me 🧠 - LED MIC ARM!
Super stoked to share this one with you, being such a practical build it's quickly become essential to my desk setup.

I used offcuts of 12V dimmable 8520 LED Strips.
And a 12V/24V PWM DC 5A Motor Speed Controller as a 10KHz Dimmer.

If you wanted to make your own LED Mic Arm easily I'd suggest getting a battery-powered LED cabinet light and 3M taping it to your Mic Arm.
Or, like normal people, but a Lamp. I guess Desk Lamps are always a backup option ✌
