Another year of CppCon, another year of Visual Studio improvements to make your development life better. We’ll show our advancements in conformance, performance, productivity and more, across real-world codebases. Find out how C++ Dynamic Debugging can give you the experience of debug builds with the speed of optimized builds, how you can leverage context-aware code suggestions to tune GitHub Copilot for your projects, and about a host of other features. We’ll also walk through which C++23 features you can use today, such as std::generator’s standard library support for coroutines. We’ll demo some of these features live, so you can see how to make the most of them in your own codebases.

I am a product manager on the Microsoft C++ team, working on the Visual Studio IDE and vcpkg, the C/C++ package manager.

David Li
David Li is the Game Developer Product Manager at Visual Studio with 12 years of experience in the software industry. As a gamer himself, David is especially passionate about enhancing game developer productivity through improving tooling for Visual Studio.
