This video is about SEBI scores Brief note about the content of the video:-
SEBI SCORES process- All complaints pertaining to companies will be electronically sent through SCORES. The companies are required to view the complaints pending against them and submit the ATR with supporting documents electronically in SCORES. Physical ATR not allowed. Failure on part of company to update in ATR will be treated as non redressal of investor complaint by company. All companies against whom complaint are pending shall take appropriate steps within 7 days of receipt of complaint, so as to resolve the complaint within 30 days of it's receipt and also keep the complainant duly informed of the action taken thereon.
