High Protein Bread 🍞
Soft, fluffy, and packed with protein! Perfect for meal prep or a quick high protein snack.

Ingredients (for 9 serves)
✅ 240g self raising flour (Woolworths Essentials)
✅ 500g high protein Greek yoghurt (Coles Perform)
✅ 15g parmesan (Perfect Italiano)
✅ 5ml olive oil (La Espanola)
✅ 1 tbsp garlic powder (Assi brand)
✅ 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
✅ 1g oregano leaves (McCormick)
✅ 2g Himalayan pink rock salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, knead until dough forms, and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until golden.
